Proverbs 2 : 1 (MKJV)

My son, if you will receive my words and hide my commandments with you,

Proverbs 2 : 2 (MKJV)

so that you attend to wisdom, you shall extend your heart to understanding;

Proverbs 2 : 3 (MKJV)

yea, if you cry after knowledge and lift up your voice for understanding;

Proverbs 2 : 4 (MKJV)

if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures,

Proverbs 2 : 5 (MKJV)

then you shall understand the fear of Jehovah and find the knowledge of God.

Proverbs 2 : 6 (MKJV)

For Jehovah gives wisdom; out of His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Proverbs 2 : 7 (MKJV)

He lays up sound wisdom for the righteous; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly.

Proverbs 2 : 8 (MKJV)

He keeps the paths of judgment, and guards the way of His saints.

Proverbs 2 : 9 (MKJV)

Then you shall understand righteousness and judgment and honesty, every good path.

Proverbs 2 : 10 (MKJV)

When wisdom enters into your heart, and knowledge is pleasing to your soul;

Proverbs 2 : 11 (MKJV)

judgment shall keep you, understanding shall keep you,

Proverbs 2 : 12 (MKJV)

to deliver you from the way of the evil man, from the man who speaks wicked things;

Proverbs 2 : 13 (MKJV)

those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness,

Proverbs 2 : 14 (MKJV)

who rejoice to do evil and delight in the perversities of the wicked;

Proverbs 2 : 15 (MKJV)

whose ways are crooked, and are devious in their paths.

Proverbs 2 : 16 (MKJV)

They will deliver you from the strange woman, the stranger who flatters with her words,

Proverbs 2 : 17 (MKJV)

who forsakes the guide of her youth and forgets the covenant of her God.

Proverbs 2 : 18 (MKJV)

For her house bows down to death, and her paths to the dead.

Proverbs 2 : 19 (MKJV)

All who go in to her do not return, nor do they take hold of the paths of life,

Proverbs 2 : 20 (MKJV)

in order that you may walk in the way of good and keep the paths of the righteous.

Proverbs 2 : 21 (MKJV)

For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.

Proverbs 2 : 22 (MKJV)

But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.
