Psalms 107 : 1 (MKJV)
O give thanks to Jehovah, for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.
Psalms 107 : 2 (MKJV)
Let the redeemed of Jehovah say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,
Psalms 107 : 3 (MKJV)
and gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
Psalms 107 : 4 (MKJV)
They wandered in the wilderness, in a desert by the way; they found no city to dwell in.
Psalms 107 : 5 (MKJV)
Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.
Psalms 107 : 6 (MKJV)
Then they cried to Jehovah in their distress, and He delivered them out of their troubles.
Psalms 107 : 7 (MKJV)
And He guided them by the right way, so as to go to a city to live in.
Psalms 107 : 8 (MKJV)
Oh that men would praise Jehovah for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the sons of man!
Psalms 107 : 9 (MKJV)
For He satisfies the thirsty soul, and fills the hungry soul with good.
Psalms 107 : 10 (MKJV)
Those who sit in the darkness and in the shadow of death, being chained in affliction and iron;
Psalms 107 : 11 (MKJV)
because they rebelled against the Words of God, and despised the advice of the Most High.
Psalms 107 : 12 (MKJV)
and He humbled their heart with labor; they fell down, and none was helping.
Psalms 107 : 13 (MKJV)
Then they cried to Jehovah in their distress, and He saved them out of their troubles.
Psalms 107 : 14 (MKJV)
He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their bands in two.
Psalms 107 : 15 (MKJV)
Let them praise Jehovah for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the sons of man!
Psalms 107 : 16 (MKJV)
For He has broken the gates of bronze, and cut the bars of iron in two.
Psalms 107 : 17 (MKJV)
Fools are afflicted because of their rebellion, and because of their iniquities.
Psalms 107 : 18 (MKJV)
Their soul hates all kinds of food; and they draw near the gates of death.
Psalms 107 : 19 (MKJV)
Then they cry to Jehovah in their distress, and He saves them out of their troubles.
Psalms 107 : 20 (MKJV)
He sent His Word and heals them, and delivers them from their pitfalls.
Psalms 107 : 21 (MKJV)
Let them praise Jehovah for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the sons of man!
Psalms 107 : 22 (MKJV)
And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare His works with rejoicing!
Psalms 107 : 23 (MKJV)
They who go down to the sea in ships, who do business in great waters;
Psalms 107 : 24 (MKJV)
these see the works of Jehovah and His wonders in the deep.
Psalms 107 : 25 (MKJV)
For He commands and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up its waves.
Psalms 107 : 26 (MKJV)
They mount up to the heavens, they go down again to the depths; their soul is melted because of trouble.
Psalms 107 : 27 (MKJV)
They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and all their wisdom is swallowed up.
Psalms 107 : 28 (MKJV)
And they cry to Jehovah in their trouble, and He brings them out of their troubles.

He makes the storm a calm, so that its waves are still.
Psalms 107 : 30 (MKJV)
And they are glad because they are quiet; so He brings them to their desired haven.
Psalms 107 : 31 (MKJV)
Let them praise Jehovah for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the sons of man!
Psalms 107 : 32 (MKJV)
And let them exalt Him in the congregation of the people, and praise Him in the gathering of the elders.
Psalms 107 : 33 (MKJV)
He sets rivers to a wilderness and water-springs to thirsty ground;
Psalms 107 : 34 (MKJV)
a fruitful land to a salty desert, because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it.
Psalms 107 : 35 (MKJV)
He turns the wilderness into water-ponds, and dry ground into water-springs.
Psalms 107 : 36 (MKJV)
And He makes the hungry dwell there, so that they may prepare a city to live in;
Psalms 107 : 37 (MKJV)
and sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield fruits of increase.
Psalms 107 : 38 (MKJV)
He also blesses them, so that they are multiplied greatly; and does not allow their cattle to become few.
Psalms 107 : 39 (MKJV)
Again, they have become few, and humbled through harshness, affliction, and sorrow.
Psalms 107 : 40 (MKJV)
He pours scorn on nobles, and causes them to wander in the wilderness, where there is no path.
Psalms 107 : 41 (MKJV)
But He raises up the poor from affliction and sets families like a flock.
Psalms 107 : 42 (MKJV)
The upright shall see and rejoice; and all iniquity shall stop its mouth.
Psalms 107 : 43 (MKJV)
Whoever is wise, and will observe these things, they shall understand the mercies of Jehovah.
